Dr. K. W. Asante, a charismatic and seasoned leader, leads AKAN Education LLC with a transformative 29-year career. Holding a Doctorate of Education degree in Educational Leadership from Seton Hall University, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Cambridge College, and a Bachelor of Arts in English & Africana Studies from Rutgers University, Dr. Asante is academically accomplished and deeply rooted in education's diverse tapestry.
His journey showcases dual proficiency as an educator and visionary administrator. With 12 years as a math and science teacher and 17 years as an administrator — 13 as a principal and 4 as a vice principal — Dr. Asante uniquely bridges teacher and administrator roles, enriching his insights into classroom dynamics and leadership intricacies.
